Health data

Health-related data is processed only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time. Without this data, some features (like working with a specialist) may not be available.

 

Specialist access to your data

If you work with a specialist: they can view your data only inside the platform, they see only patients assigned to them, they cannot download or copy your data outside the system.

 

How we protect your data

We use: encryption, access controls, access logging, technical and organizational safeguards.

 

Who do we share data with?

Only trusted IT and payment providers who process data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant agreements.

 

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, transfer it, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
